Thank you for shopping with Open Guy. We take pride in providing high-quality Trading Card Products to our customers. Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Policy
At Open Guy, we do not accept returns unless:

You have received the incorrect product.

Your product arrives damaged, and our courier has completed an investigation confirming the damage occurred during transit.
To initiate a return for an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [Insert Contact Email]. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
Refunds Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the product was damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

If the return request is made beyond 7 days from delivery.

If the courier investigation does not confirm damage during transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately at hello@openguy.com.au.
